The commercial landscape and the needs of asset owners have changed and are constantly evolving.
Commercial
Retail
We have contributed and continue to collaborate with important retail groups for the research, identification, and rental of commercial spaces and shops suitable for every type of need both in terms of location and intrinsic characteristics in relation to the type of activity to be carried out.
The term “retail” is used to indicate activities related to the sale of products or services by a company (called retailer) directly to the final consumer “retail” or to end customers. This last step is carried out by retailers.
The retail landscape has completely changed from the traditional sense.
Some retailers sell both retail and wholesale at the same time. Think of the coffee players who have numerous mono-brand stores but supply their products to large-scale distribution.
Today, the offer of products is combined or replaced by the offer of services, such as wellness and personal care, which have acquired greater demand on the market than other activities.
The food business (restaurants, dine in, take out, ghost kitchens, supermarkets big and small) in Milan has taken on an importance and a turnover that cannot be ignored and which represents the most important user of the street shops. Both for large sizes and for smaller formats distinguished by the growing imported trend of “street food”.
For the most important and strategic positions, the changes went much further. For big international brands, the store no longer has just a cash flow function; with the evolution of retail marketing, investment in branding strategies has increased, resulting in stores focused on the “shopping experience” and consumer entertainment, and therefore on the need and strengthening of “flaghip stores”
